On April 24, 2017 a scheduled meeting of the Rosneft Board of Directors was held in Moscow to consider issues related to the annual general shareholders meeting of the Company for the year 2016.
With regard to publication of an article in the Financial Times comprising false inventions concerning relations between Rosneft company and the Chechen Republic authorities which were immediately passed on by resources financed by Khodorkovsky's structures, we must clarify the issue.
Rosneft closed the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Kondaneft project, which is developing the Kondinsky, Zapadno-Erginsky, Chaprovsky and Novo-Endyrsky license areas in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District.
Rosneft started drilling of the Tsentralno-Olginskaya-1 well at the Khatangsky license area.
