The specialized registrar which has entered into an agreement with Rosneft to maintain the Company’s register of shareholders is Reestr-RN LLC.
Reestr-RN LLC is located at the following address: 1st Shchipkovsky lane, 20, Moscow, 115093, telephone: (495) 411-79-11, fax: (495) 411-83-12. Reception hours for registered persons: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays.

The deadlines for the execution of operations are set out in Article 8 of the Federal Law On Securities Market No. 39-FZ of April 22, 1996 and the Procedure for opening and maintaining personal and other accounts by holders of the register of securities holders, approved by the Order of the Federal Commission for Securities Market No. 13-65/pz-n of 30.07.2013.
The period of operations in the register is calculated from the date of submission of the necessary documents to the registrar by the person registered in the register.
The following operations must be performed within three working days:
- introduction of amendments to personal account information of the registered person;
- making records about the transfer of securities ownership;
- making records about the encumbrance of securities;
- making records about the deposit of securities and withdrawal of securities from the nominee account;
- provision of account statements;
- provision of references on personal account transactions;
- provision of references on the availability of the specified number of securities on the account.
The following operations must be performed within five working days: - establishment of a personal account.

Notification on the performance of the operation is issued on the next working day after the performance of operation on making entries in the register related to the opening/change of the personal account, the transfer of securities ownership, deposit and withdrawal of securities from the nominee account.
