One of Rosneft strategic objectives is to increase own products direct sales to end customers. The Company expands is sales network primarily at the strategically important regions, consistently increases the retail sites number and supports the technical readiness of own oil depots.
As of December 31, 2023 in Russia Rosneft performs wholesales from oil depots and from a broad oil product supply companies network with 38 offices and 110 own oil depots and other Company’s points of oil products supply, located in 54 regions.
Motor fuel sales from oil depots.
The Company offers only Euro-5 high quality motor fuel from its oil depots, which meet customs union technical requirements. Fuel quality assurance is the Company priority. Motor fuel quality details are provided at the respective web site page.
Rosneft has broad interaction experience with large contractors, which collect motor fuel in several Russian regions and contractors, which perform procurement activities under Federal Laws №44 and №223.
The company constantly develops motor fuel sales channels from and offers modern and transparent sales tools. At present, it works to increase motor fuel sales by open trading at Saint Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange web site. The Company has zero tolerance to corruption by the Company employees and by the customers. For this reason, Rosneft interacts only with the entities, authorized for commercial activities in Russia and asks customers to provide an additional list of documents.
